Whatcom County Fire District Seven is a combination Department consisting of Twenty-six career personnel, forty-three volunteers firefighters, three Fire Commissioners, thirteen Support Division responders, five Cadets and three Office Staff members. There are six stations within District Seven. The District also covers the City of Ferndale by a contractual agreement. Fire District Seven also covers Fire District Seventeen's BLS Transports by contractual agreement. District Seven maintains and auto aid agreement for North Whatcom Fire and Rescue and Whatcom County Fire District 4.

Area Served: seventy-five square miles, approximately twenty-two thousand residents

Bordered between Slater Road North to Bay Road Aldrich Road West to Puget Sound.
