Whatcom County Fire District Seven is a combination Department consisting of Twenty-six career personnel, forty-five volunteers, three Fire Commissioners, fourteen Support Division responders, eight Cadets and three Office Staff members. There are six stations within District Seven. The District also covers the City of Ferndale by a contractual agreement. Fire District Seven also covers Fire District Seventeen's BLS Transports by contractual agreement. Area Served: seventy-five square miles, approximately eighteen thousand residents Bordered between Slater Road North to Bay Road Aldrich Road West to Puget Sound.
